Egg Curry is one of the tremendous varieties of desi egg delicacies served at Indo- Pakistani restaurants, made in a thick broth of rich, spicy ginger-garlic and tomato gravy, with dry-fried, full or cut slabs of boiled eggs. The dish offers the sharpness of curry masala and the smokey flavours of a perfect meal of boiled eggs served with rice or paratha.
