Keema (Noun.), is a meat dish. It means grounded meat (minced beef, mutton -goat meat or chevon or other kinds of meat) cooked by frying or stewing. Minced meat or chicken is used to prepare the dish. In Pakistan, Keema is often used as a filling for samosas and naans.
Keema or qeema is used in a variety of dishes where the meat can be prepared with green peas or potatoes. Such recipes, usually, include ghee/butter, onions, garlic, ginger, chillies and other spices.
